BLEEDING RIM AND FLY RUST CLEANER
Fallout is a pH-neutral rim and fly rust cleaner with a color indicator. Fallout reacts with metal particles and turns red when it dissolves the dirt. Safe to use on most materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, paint, glass, etc. Also has an oxidation-inhibiting effect on iron and aluminum.
