Foam Lance - Heavy Duty

You connect the Foam lance to the washer's quick coupling and can then quickly and easily cover what you want to clean with a thick foam of a suitable composition that stays on for a long time and can be accessed everywhere. You can adjust the mixture steplessly.

A 1.2 mm nozzle is mounted, but it comes with two extra nozzles, 1.4 mm and 2 mm. If you have a larger high-pressure washer than a normal consumer washer, you may need to change to a larger nozzle for a better flow. Extra mesh filter included.

There are many advantages to using a Foam lance compared to a traditional applicator. You avoid having to spread the mist from the chemical and you therefore do not inhale finely divided particles, which makes the work environment more pleasant and safer. You avoid the problem of the chemical drying before you rinse it off, especially on larger vehicles such as trucks/transport trucks etc. You can see exactly where you have applied it and the foam creeps in and stays there longer than with traditional application. You do not have to dilute the product, which is done directly through an adjustment screw on the Foam lance. You actually look forward to degreasing the car. Foam lance has many different uses - everything from vehicle degreasing, facade cleaning, to sanitation of sanitary areas.

Instructions for use

Fill the container with the appropriate chemical. Foam clean for maintenance washing, Autoclean + wax for washing more difficult dirt (you can also experiment with the Heavy duty lance and mix these with our stronger alkalis such as Multi clean or Power clean for more effect, read the instructions and areas of use on these packages before you start).

Screw back the container, attach the lance to the high-pressure washer's quick-release attachment and you are ready to start applying. Carefully apply a suitable layer of foam and let it work according to the chemical description, then rinse with water. When you have finished washing, unscrew the container and rinse the lance with plain water.

Flow adapter/nozzle

Originally, there is a flow adapter/nozzle with a size of 1.2 mm in our Foam lance - heavy duty which works for most people, but if you have a very powerful wash you may need to change to a larger nozzle to get a good foam.

ADAPTERS

Don't forget to buy an adapter that fits your high-pressure washer.

Tip

Make a mixture of Foam clean and Autoclean + wax directly in the foam lance container for a more effective effect.
