Creative solutions lead to better sound

GAS Audio Power has designed a robust, rigid and durable cone made of injection moulded polypropylene (IMPP) that can withstand the toughest resonances and membrane breaks. Give this woofer - or, preferably, three more - raw power and you will be rewarded!

The innovations don't stop there

A technology called USG (“Unity Surround & Gasket”) merges the cone and the suspension. The cone has no end - it goes nicely up to the suspension. Talk about maximizing the cone area! This is also optimal in terms of how the woofer moves when played. It makes the S2 basses play more linearly when playing your favorite music. Musical and incredibly well-playing!

Bold design!

Looks matter! To match the incredible sound, the S2 basses got a new steel basket with a completely unique “M” look that is insanely durable. Also notice the GAS logos around the basket - it's the little details that matter.

The woofer's dust cap is, just like the cone, made of IMPP with a unique 3D design that is guaranteed to make siblings, friends and the neighborhood really jealous.

“Keep it cool”

If you like to play loud, good cooling is important! GAS Audio Power has implemented a new cooling system they call DVS (“Dual Ventilation System”) for a more lush bass with reduced distortion and increased heat dissipation. Ventilation is located in the rear pole piece, which also has a rise in the middle for increased throw.
