Medium foam can be used either together with Heavy cut, Finishing or Polish & sealant depending on how many polishing steps you want to run. If you are unsure of which set-up to start with, Heavy cut together with Medium foam is always the logical choice, test and see what result you get, if necessary you can always switch to Heavy wool.
