Throttle Position / TPS Adapter for 70-80-90mm Throttle Body
Adapter for throttle position sensor for our 65, 70, 80 and 90 mm Billet throttle bodies. You unscrew the original ring on the throttle body and mount this adapter instead. You can then use the following throttle position sensor/TPS sensor:
Volvo 740/940 (we have started from this Bosch number 0280120325)
Volvo 850/V70 Etc. (we have started from this Bosch number 0280122001)
There is also space on the plate to make brackets for some other sensors
NOTE: Keep in mind that in some cases you have to trim the throttle shaft 0.1mm (1/10) right where the sensor should be because the shaft is 7.1mm and many sensors are intended for 7.0mm shaft (sometimes you can press it anyway, but you risk breaking the throttle position sensor if you do so)
