#410 Micron Moly Oil Enhancer 1L

#410 Micron Moly is a multifunctional oil enhancer. Increases the oil's viscosity, load-bearing capacity and sealing ability and reduces friction, noise and temperature thanks to micro-lubrication technology of PTFE and dissolved molybdenum disulfide MoS2.

OIL ENHANCER

Micron Moly is an oil enhancer for higher performance. Contains a pressure-enhancing additive technology with dissolved molybdenum disulfide and PTFE.

WEAR REDUCTION

Metals and bearing surfaces are not completely smooth, they have asperities (irregularities). The dissolved molybdenum disulfide MoS2 coats all metal surfaces so they become smooth and provides high lubricity when the oil film is small or non-existent. A supporting oil film is created faster and PTFE provides low friction, a combination of strong substances that minimize metal contact even during start and stop. This results in a significant reduction in wear on bearing surfaces, camshafts and lifters that are exposed to mechanical friction.

ENGINES

Micron Moly provides lower friction, stabilizes and increases the oil's viscosity, oil pressure and sealing function with fuel-saving properties.

OIL CONSUMPTION

Micron Moly reduces existing oil consumption and transmission noise as well as the amount of soot and combustion residues in the engine oil.

HYDRAULICS

Micron Moly stabilizes and increases the viscosity of hydraulic oils and the pressure-bearing property, which reduces wear and friction in the system, especially in pumps and valves. Typically reduces the operating temperature of hydraulic systems in heavy duty operation, which increases the life of the oil and the system components.

INDUSTRIAL GEARBOXES

Provides lower friction and noise levels in the gearbox and increases and stabilizes the oil's viscosity and adhesion to metal. Also increases the protective properties against condensation water.
