Description

411 CERAMIC is a nano-technical metal treatment based on the element "Boron" for maximized low-friction properties. Provides ultra-low friction, high fuel economy, strong wear protection and increased engine performance. Also reduces noise that has arisen over time in engines, manual transmissions and hydraulic pumps.

ULTRA-LOW FRICTION

Ceramic is the strongest and most friction-reducing type of all oil additives. Contains the active substance (Nano-Bor Crystal Diamond Powder) that is pressed into metal surfaces that are exposed to pressure and an almost diamond-hard protective film is formed. The nano-particles that are not pressed together provide a homogeneous heat distribution and a ball-bearing effect between surfaces with ultra-low friction.

POWER LOSSES

In a standard gasoline engine in normal operation, up to 30% of the engine power is used to overcome friction losses. Power losses between the cylinder/piston, crankshaft bearings and the valve mechanism amount to approximately 80% of these power losses that are processed by the Ceramic treatment.

HIGH REDUCTION

Ceramic creates hard, strong and smooth metal surfaces with ultra-low friction and heat generation. Increases engine performance up to 10% with a fuel reduction between 5 – 12% and reduced CO2 emissions.

GEARBOXES / HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS

Can be used with advantage in manual gearboxes and hydraulic systems to reduce friction, oil temperature and noise, which extends the life of metal components.
