Safe to use on all types of tires including tires with white sidewalls. Onyx is optimal to use before applying tire polish as the product penetrates deep into the rubber and loosens accumulated dirt and contaminants.

Can Onyx be used as a rim cleaner?

Although Onyx is a tire and rubber cleaner, the product works surprisingly well as a rim cleaner, but here we obviously recommend our dedicated product Fallout.

Best method

Spray liberally on a wet or dry tire and brush with a medium to hard brush, let it work and rinse off with a high-pressure washer, repeat the procedure until the foam is white - then you know that the tire is really clean.

In addition to tires, Onyx works great for cleaning, for example, rubber floor mats and hoses.
